Incentive before starting construction!
Meade County’s Neighborhood
Revitalization Program provides a means for pre-approved real estate
incentive tax rebate for additions to real estate and/or existing
properties with a minimum investment of $10,000, that results in
increased assessed values for qualifying
Agriculture, Commercial & Industrial and Residential projects.
A 100% tax rebate on the qualifying assessed improvement, less an
administration fee, is available the first year, followed by 10%
decreased increments each year for nine years thereafter.
There is a non-refundable $100 application fee to be paid, and
applications must be approved by the Meade County Appraiser before
commencement of construction. There will be no exceptions. Real
estate owners must make the contact with the Meade County Appraiser,
located on the first floor of the Meade County Courthouse in Meade,
